Day Three – Game Six: Here we go… the finale of a three day Honor Bowl. Every coach in the area should get on board to witness two national powers when #2 Corona Centennial play #9 IMG Academy from Bradenton, FL. Both programs are used to solid preparation and competitive execution of a game plan that has been consistently successful. Centennial’s Head Coach Matt Logan quickly agreed to the challenge to pit his Huskies to compete with the Ascenders whose roster is comprised of players from 24 states and 8 countries! Centennial were ranked #1 nationally for most of the 2015 season only to fall to De La Salle in the CIF State Open game. The Ascenders Head Coach Kevin Wright feels blessed to have the opportunity to travel to the west coast for the first time and to have his team and coaches experience the greatness of The Honor Bowl where the motto is “It’s not just a football game!”
