Cancellations and Refund Policies

Cancellations and returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of the purchase and submission of your request.  Send all requests for cancelled orders and returns to: info@thehonorgroup.org.  Be sure to include your full name, contact information, company/organization name (if applicable), and a proof of purchase.  To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Your item must be in the original packaging, along with a proof of purchase.  Once the item is received, The Honor Group will notify you that it has been received and that it will then be inspected.  We will then notify you on the status of your refund after inspection of the item is complete.  If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).  You will receive the credit within 3 – 10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies or method of payment.
