August 30, 2013 Del Oro HS, Loomis CA

The Honor Bowl in 2013 was a roaring success. The first event was staged at Del Oro High School in Loomis, CA and pitted a rematch between Del Oro vs. James Logan of Union City. The NorCal event was a one day affair where the stadium had a military presence from the Marines and the Army along with a wide variety of vendors and sponsors who brought a heightened awareness of our Armed Forces.

The teams were also addressed by two Gold Star Moms who demanded each one give a hug in memory of their sons who paid the ultimate sacrifice as a U.S Marine.
